A bit of a vent and a warning. If you have items saved in your Boots favourites list you need to check it is actually the item you put there. If an item is discontinued they will replace it with something similar. In my case the thumbnail picture looked identical, the colour was the same but different to the item received - how we quickly identify the different item in store, and the description was missing one word. I have ordered a multitude of times with no problems by just clicking on the item in my list but his time I have fallen foul of not 100% checking what I ordered. At least I can return them.
