Best insurance company for contents insurance for a single room in a large HMO

Hello, a friend is renting a room in an 8-bedroom HMO - it's staff accommodation in a very safe area. The room is on the first floor and has a lock on the door. It's pretty low risk.
They are struggling to find affordable insurance - most companies don't even offer insurance for HMOs with this many bedrooms.
Does anyone have any ideas on which insurance company/companies are the best ones to contact?
Thank you

Did they manage to find the insurance company. They must be looking for contents insurance only? Building Insurance is landlords responsibility. For buildings insurance Homeprotect is a good option.0
