Aviva - income protection policy cancelled after policy change requested

Correct but the corrective action that Aviva have been asked to do is not what they normally do and they have said that doing what the Ombudsman has said will set a precedent - the Ombusdman cares not about this and is only interested in Aviva complying with CIDRA.
Agreed, I won't be using them again for this reason and I also believe they've had their commission payment reversed.
