Ukpc popla appeal - Insufficient and unclear signage
So I followed the newbie thread, and am now at popla stage with UKPC. My case is very much like this one, https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5431088/ukpc-popla-appeal , apart from it happened during the day instead. I never received a NTK either.
I will appeal using the relevant points from the above post and in this newer post, https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6445367/ukpc-popla-appeal , while keep myself as owner (i.e. not leased car).
I have one question. How should I write up the "Insufficient and unclear signage in the area the vehicle was parked" part?
I mean, the car has been parked at the same parking lot quite a few times, but apparently some are residential parking only. (Yes, awareness had been totally lacking.) I attached the photo taken by UKPC. Apart from others, this is the only one really related to signage.
Or should I just totally opt out this point in my appeal? (I am currently abroad, so not possible to take any new photos as evidence if it's any relevant...)
Thank you for your time.

I would not try this one at POPLA. The car is in a marked bay next to a sign. POPLA won't see beyond that! Complete waste of your time.
Just ignore UKPC except: tell them if you move house because you must see & read each letter. Don't show us the £170 threatograms. Spare us! See the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread.
Come back in a few months with your DCB Legal claim form to defend. See the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
No you are not risking a CCJ by doing what we advise.
Court claim is the winning end game.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hopefully it won't come to this, court claim.
Thanks Cm as always.1 -
Quite the contrary. I'd want it. Ends the scamPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My concern (well, not really, as I can't do much about it) is that I am away for quite a bit, like at least 7 + 6 weeks per year. I can do paper work remotely (like I was going to just now). But what if the court date unfortunately falls during my planned away, will I be able to re-arrange or delay it (my guess is not...)?0

But (as you'd expect) you get to state which dates are unavailable for a hearing.
My only worry would be: is there someone at home who will open your post while you are away and not panic & pay if they see a daft threatogram but will alert you to a claim form?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That will do then. Never know I can state my unavailable dates.
Yes, I arranged my neighbour to inform me the above UKPC letter with the popla code.
See you in a few months then, Cm. Take care!2 -
No action needed.Just an update. Received Letter of Claim from DCB Legal on or a few days before 16 October, I emailed them using the template (at that time) in the newbie thread on 16 October. They replied by email, shown below, today (24 October).---------------------------
