DCBL Letter

Hello,
Well - this parking fine just won't go away! I have been in touch about this on here about 2 years ago and thought it had all been forgotten since I hadn't had a letter in a while.
Just this morning though I have received a letter from dcbl ltd about my parking fine from Feb 2022 asking for £170 and to respond within 14 days. I am in England by the way.
Is it just a case of ignoring again - or is this something I have to address?
Thanks for your help.

Yes ignore
The statute is 6 years under the Limitations Act 1980, in England & Wales, so only a third of the way, 2 years is nothing in these cases1 -
That letter is already shown in pictures in the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread. No need for threads about these letters.christinajane said:Hello,

You don't have a fine.
When you receive the LBC from DCB Legal (not 'DCB Ltd') please refer then to the SECOND post of the NEWBIES thread for what to do, and only reply only on your existing thread from 2 years ago, to give us some decent background context.
No new threads about the same PCN please.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks very much for the advice. It is much appreciated :-)2
