    No the case is fully concluded

    This is a landmark case that all defendants handling a CCJ set aside must cite, where the claim was not seen/received at the right address.

    "Well you'll need the reasons for that."  This was the response to a request for leave to appeal to the SC. :wink:

    @Johnersh wi be pleased that - as I read it - this is also authority for the striking out of the whole claim at CCJ set aside hearings because after 4 months has passed without properly served POC, the claim has expired.

    We heard that here first, from Johnersh. :)
