    Check there are no unexpected rules set up in your email, removing and/or forwarding emails.

    Thanks, I can’t find anything unusual in the settings.  Shortly after the transaction an email arrived to confirm deletion of the payment app account (not requested by me) but this wasn’t actioned, I assume they were no longer able to access my emails as I had changed the password.  Hopefully my email is secured now but I’ll be looking out for anything unusual.
