I'm reposting as the 1st post disappeared.
My broadband provider is v-media, through which I get an email service. It used to be ntlworld and now it's vmedia.com (personal emails addresses).
With my old android Moto g9 play, I can't access emails at all. With my newer moto g04 phone, I can log into emails but the 'forward email' and 'reply' tabs are missing.
Accessing emails with a laptop is ok. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue with their mobile device?

How are you accessing the email?Through a dedicated app or a web brower?Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

Is your email address of the format yourname@virginmedia.com?
Are you accessing your emails using a browser on your phone(s)? Not any kind of email app?
I think it could be that the resolution on your phone might not be allowing you to see the whole email web page.
Try turning the phone to landscape or reducing the size of the image by 'pinching'.

+1 on turning the phone to landscape. When you hold any phone in portrait mode some icons and options get hidden.
I visit one website where the text gets to long for the buttons in portrait mode, and so the buttons are blank until you turn the phone to landscape.PS. Of course make sure that your phone is set to switch mode as you rotate it.0 -
Thanks for replies. I went through my phone settings when I found a tab that talked about allowing website to 'store data'. I clicked it to 'allow' and seems to be ok now, thankfully.0
