Android phone playing up

I'm experiencing issues going online using my Motorola Play phone. As an example, when logging onto MSE forum, I'm asked to confirm whether I want to accept cookies or accept 'essential only'. Regardless of which tab I click, the next page has the MSE logo only with the rest of the page blank. Can anyone advise on how to sort this out? I tried incognito mode but it's still the same. I'm writing this on a laptop.

Restart your phone and see if that clears the issue.

Uninstall and then reinstall the browser app.

Try another browser.

Could it be something to do with cookie settings?

Perhaps it's an issue caused by an ad-blocker, secure DNS service or VPN on your phone?
