IAS Appeals Sign In Problem

Options
So as to be comprehensive with an appeal I tried to login to the IAS site.

It said I already had an ID from years ago but needed a new password. Sent in my email and it sent me a link to reset the password.

So I clicked on the link an d it sent me right back to where I started from. I tried three times with the same result so I wrote to the PCN issuer and advised them that I was barred out from submitting what is probably a mickey mouse appeal anyway - any advice folks???

Get your constituency MP to email Will Hurley at the IPC and complain. He needs to be kept busy!

Testing IAS appeals for the LOLs, to waste rogue PPCs' time and money and to collect evidence for the Government who are about to finalise the regulation of the rogue parking industry might be a good thing this Summer, seeing as the Public Consultation really is coming soon...

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you. As this is a TfGM car park and falls into the GMCA empire I have already had a direct discussion with the Mayor - which I recorded. I have also taken advice to ensure that if I am taken to law that the mayor, TfGM and Metrolink can all be included as respondents

Which parking firm issued the PCN?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
