Options
I'm with utility warehouse and on the ole pre payment metre, the electric is still on but the metre has lit up yellow but nothing showing and the key won't do anything.
I have contacted utility warehouse and have been told that they won't fix it and I need to have a smart metre, my landlord Dosent want a smart metre in the property, what do I do now?

I assume they would fit a smart pre-payment meter. Meters are never fixed, they get replaced with a currently available new meter. The landlord don't have any choice in the matter.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

A third reply to say the landlord's opinion has no no bearing on what sort of meter UW fit. If they say you need a smart meter, you're going to get a smart meter. If he lived in the property himself, he'd still have to have a smart meter.N. Hampshire, he/him. Landlord has no say, if you dont want to upset the landlord, just stop updating him and let them replace the meter.0
