Old Car Parking Ticket

I need your valued advice in the following matter:
I parked car in staff car parking area in hospital on 08/12/2022, barrier was raised and staff car parking was open to park otherwise barrier used to be opened with hospital badge. As a staff member I parked and when I returned the warden issued a PCN on basis of "No Permit" by Gemini Parking Solution London Ltd. during and after COVID no permit was using, hospital badge was using for raising barrier.
I ignored PCN, they sent me few letters then stopped sending any letter.
Now out of blue I received a letter from dcbl (Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd.) on 01/05/2025 with heading "Notice of Intended Legal Action Unpaid Parking Charge £170"
You have failed to pay or respond to our previous letters. As balance is still outstanding, we have now referred the matter to our Client to review commencing Legal Action.
At this point, you are no longer able to appeal the parking charge. Your next opportunity to dispute the charge would be if the matter was taken to court.
TO AVOID LEGAL ACTION, PLEASE MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TODAY.
I'll appreciate you valued advice in this matter, Please.
