LOVE ISLAND SERIES 12 PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

There will be one (1) prize draw in relation to Love Island Series 12 (the “Programme”) (the “Main Prize Draw”) and one (1) associated prize draw for entrants to have the chance to win a bonus prize (the “Bonus Prize Draw”). The Main Prize Draw and the Bonus Prize Draw each a “Prize Draw” and together, the “Prize Draws”.

Winner selection & contact:

 

There will be two (2) draws in total as follows:

 

•    Main Prize Draw: the draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Main Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Main Prize Draw will win the Main Prize (see below ‘Prize’ section).

 

•    Bonus Prize Draw: the Bonus Prize Draw is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below).  All entrants must be contactable on 23 July 2025 and for two (2) working days after. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for the Bonus Prize Draw will win the Bonus Prize (see below ‘Prize’ section).

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

●    SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options:

 

1.    Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword LOVE or WINNER to 65554. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2.    Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE or OFFER to 65554. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This will replace the Standard Entry and will only be available on your first entry within the Main Prize Draw Period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. If you choose the Bundle Entry, as described in paragraph 2 above, you may make up to thirteen (13) entries in total (including one (1) Bundle Entry and up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries) per phone number.

 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

 

●    Online/App - go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website): 
o    Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website.

o    Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits, discount credits, etc) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted Paid Entry Routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the Prizes.

Prize:

 

The prize for the winner of the Main Prize Draw consists of fifty thousand pounds (£50,000) cash (the ‘Main Prize’) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

The prize for the winner of the Bonus Prize Draw consists of a seven (7) night holiday to Mallorca for two (2) people (each aged 18 years old or over), and tickets to the Love Island final (the “Bonus Prize”).

 

The Bonus Prize shall consist of:

 

•    Return economy flights to Palma De Mallorca for two (2) people, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. The Bonus Prize winner and their companion must be able to depart between Friday 1st August 2025 and Sunday 3rd August 2025, returning seven (7) nights later to the same UK airport. Exact departure dates to be confirmed by the Prize Provider to the winner. Subject to availability, the departure airport will be the winner's nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Palma de Mallorca. This may not be the winner’s closest airport.

 

•    Prize includes seven (7) nights in a five (5) star hotel (“Hotel”), based on two (2) people sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on an all-inclusive basis. A twin room can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. All inclusive board will cover main meals, soft drinks and some alcoholic beverages. Premium / imported beverages and a la carte restaurants may require a surcharge, which will be at the winner's own expense.  

 

•    Return transfers from Palma de Mallorca to the Hotel are included, and will be booked by the Prize provider for the winner.

 

•    Tourist Tax of four (4) euros per day per person payable by the winner and their plus one.

 

•    Return transfers between: (i) the Hotel and the audience meeting point; and (ii) the audience meeting point and the Love Island Villa, on Monday 4th August 2025.

 

Prize Provider’s Customer Experience Team will liaise with the winner to book the flights, accommodation and other elements of the Bonus Prize. 

The Bonus Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and the winner may only travel on the dates specified.

All expenses not explicitly set out above will be the responsibility of the winner.

The winner and their companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Spain. The winner is responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for Spain before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise visas for the travelling party if necessary and (ii) ensure that the travelling party has valid travel insurance, including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; (iii) to inform Prize provider of any requirements due to disabilities for example wheelchair access or any persons with reduced mobility travelling with the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the Bonus Prize; and (iv) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Prize provider will accommodate any disabled access requirement as notified by the winner (wheelchair space, subject to availability).

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Main Prize Draw Period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
