Our Terms & Conditions
• The business offering the prize is subject to its own set of terms & conditions, please see below.
• Go New Forest and the competition provider reserve the right to change any terms & conditions without giving any prior notice.
• Strictly one entry per person.
• The winners will be notified via email. Please check your junk and spam folders in case the winning confirmation email is flagged. If no response is received after 14 days then the prize will be forfeited and Go New Forest reserve the right to offer the prize to another winner.
• By entering the competition, if you are the winner you are agreeing that Go New Forest have permission to send your details to the businesses offering the prize, so that they can contact you direct regarding your prize. 
• All personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
• The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
• Entry into the Prize Draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Prize Draw closes at 12.00pm on Monday 23 June 2025. Entries received after that date will not be considered.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• No purchase is necessary.

Montagu Arms Village's Terms & Conditions
• The prize (worth £600) would include:
     • Overnight accommodation in a Family Suite or Courtyard Room
     • Continental breakfast including a selection of delicious pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts and fruity compotes each morning (hot breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon or a Full English, are available at a supplement)
     • Complimentary morning tea & coffee served daily to your room
     • Free welcome hamper for children, including fun activities, a luxurious kids' bath soak, and a tasty welcome treat
     • Use of our relaxing hotel spaces, including our cosy lounge and conservatory, and beautiful terrace and gardens
     • Scenic walks in the New Forest National Park from our doorstep
     • Dinner in the evening at our New Forest pub, Monty’s

• Prize will be issued in the form of a voucher and will be valid for 12 months from issue.
• Available for redemption for dates between Sunday and Thursday excluding bank holidays, Mother’s day, Valentines day and 23rd – 31stDecember

Beaulieu & Buckler's Hard's Terms & Conditions
• The prize consists of the following:
       • One family ticket to the Beaulieu visitor attraction. A family ticket covers 2 adults and 2 children (aged 16 and under).
       • A ride in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang reconstruction at Beaulieu. Find out more about phantasmagorical experiences and the running times here. Please note this ride cannot go ahead in wet weather conditions or on busy event days.
       • A family ticket to the Buckler's Hard Museum and trip on the River Cruise (2 adults and up to 3 children or 1 adult and up to 4 children).

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given. The prize cannot be extended.
