If I have to make payments manually to anybody whilst away I set them up on my banking app and future date them.
This might be worth thinking about for the future?
Can you set up future-dated debit card deposits (that are needed to earn Halifax' fiver)?

I have spoken with their customer services over a period of a month , sent two of their internal complaints forms, today the internal complaints form to their CEO. Nothing ! No refund, recompense , apology , Nothing. My brother is in palliative care I do not need this stress or to waste this time. PLEase Martin Can you HELP me.

Probably better to start your own thread rather than piggy-backing onto an old one about access from Albania, but you won't attract Martin Lewis's attention on a forum thread anyway - you could try his social media accounts but doubt that he'd get involved in every plea for help as there'll presumably be thousands of them.

Not sure what the significance of 'internal' complaints forms is, but if you follow their published complaints procedure then you can escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service - normally you can only do so if you've received a final response or eight weeks have passed but you could try contacting them to expedite something urgent.

How are they taking the money? If it's a direct debit, just cancel the direct debit. And contact your bank to reclaim the money erroneously taken.
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
