SMART PARKING AGAIN

Hello
As Keeper of a vehicle I received two Notice to Keeper Parking charges. After reading the British Parking Association Code of Practice I appealed both on the grounds that Smart Parking had not given the required displayed/ notice of a change of parking conditions (4 months). On both sets of correspondence SP put that they were approved BPA operators. I received a lost appeal letter on the 3rd June and have been told to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service of the IPC. I was not offered the option of appeal to POPLAS as I had expected. I have written to ask for a 10 digit verification code, but wondered if anyone reading this forum has experience of Smart Parking changing their correspondence to avoid directing people to POPLA

Yes, plenty of recent queries, because Smart Parking recently changed trade bodies from the BPA to the IPC, hence why they told you that you could appeal to the IAS
Study a few recent similar cases since their defection2 -

No need because there are no steps to take anyway. Obviously you aren't paying or trying the IAS.XLPE said:@Gr1pr Thanks for taking the time to respond. Silly question would you kindly point me in the direction of where I can find the recent casesPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
