FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 
 
Opening/closing date & time:

●         Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Monday 9 June 2025.
●         Prize Draw closes for entries online at 12.00 p.m. on Monday 30 June 2025.

Winner selection & contact:

●        The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
●        Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of an e-gift card to spend at any Best Western Hotels hotel worldwide (excluding WorldHotels properties), worth five hundred pounds (£500) (the “Gift Card”). The value of any monetary balance of the Gift Card may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The Gift Card does not have an expiry date, and may be used across multiple bookings. Use of the Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, which can be viewed at https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/offers/travel-card.html#bonus. The prize provider shall send the Gift Card to the prize winner’s email address following the Prize Draw.

 

The Gift Card has a maximum value of five hundred pounds (£500), and any cost above this amount is the responsibility of the winner. The Gift Card cannot be used cannot be used for travel insurance, travel, food and drink, spending money or personal expenses. The Gift Card is non-transferable and non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the passport and/or visa entry requirements to their chosen destination.
 
Please note that if the Gift Card becomes invalid due to insolvency events (including but not limited to liquidation or administration) affecting the prize provider, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
