FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 
 
Opening/closing date & time:

●         Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 6 June 2025.
●         Prize Draw closes for entries online at 12.00 p.m. on Friday 27 June 2025.

Winner selection & contact:

●        The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
●        Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of a Lovat Parks voucher worth two thousand five hundred pounds (£2,500) (“Lovat Parks voucher”).

The Lovat Parks voucher may be redeemed against a single holiday in one (1) of the following Lovat Parks parks: Penmarlen Lodge Retreat, Cornwall; Padstow Holiday Village, Cornwall; Sun Haven Holiday Park, Cornwall; Parabola Holiday Park, Cornwall; Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, New Forest; or Waxham Sands Holiday Park, Norfolk.

The Lovat Parks Voucher must be redeemed and the holiday taken by 31 September 2026. Failure to book and take the holiday within this timeframe will render the Lovat Parks Voucher void. Please note that any cost over two thousand five hundred pounds (£2,500) is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner’s chosen holiday is worth less than two thousand five hundred pounds (£2,500), no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining of the credit will be lost. Once the holiday has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be refunded, changed or transferred to another person.

The booking is to be made over the phone with a Prize provider representative and cannot be redeemed on the Prize provider’s website. The Prize provider will provide the winner with a voucher with a bespoke reference code for the prize winner to redeem their credit.

The winner must be the lead traveller and must be named on the booking when redeeming the Lovat Parks voucher.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the holiday.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the chosen accommodation for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform Lovat Parks of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the holiday, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

Please note that the holiday is subject to availability of the chosen park and accommodation.

The Lovat Parks voucher cannot be used cannot be used across multiple bookings, travel insurance, travel to and from the holiday location, food and drink, spending money or personal expenses.

There is no cash alternative to the Lovat Parks voucher and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason. The Lovat Parks voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Use of the Lovat Parks voucher will be subject to the prize provider of the Lovat Parks voucher’s terms and conditions, which can be found at https://lovatparks.com/terms-and-conditions.

Please note that if the Lovat Parks voucher becomes invalid due to insolvency events (including but not limited to liquidation or administration) affecting the Prize Provider, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
