IHT 402 form

I’m completing IHT 402 form after my mothers death and can’t get the percentage figure in box 19 which is automatically calculated to show the correct figure.
The figures I’m using are
box 9 £325,000
box 10 £0
box 11 £325,000
box 12 £0
box 13 £60,000
box14 £0
box 15 £0
box 16 £0
box 17 £0
box 18 £265,000 auto filled
box 19 181.5484% auto filled
box 20 £325,000
box 21 £265,000 auto filled which is the correct final amount.
By my calculations the percentage should be 81.5384 and it states on the form that the percentage figure can’t be over 100%.
Do I just submit the form as it is as the final amount is correct or is there a way to change the percentage amount in box 19

Box 17 should be £60,000 surely?
Assuming that's just a typo in your post, I can't reproduce your problem. Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows calculates & prints correctly.
But it might be a browser issue: have a look at this thread, especially the last post on p.2, where the Chrome browser on Mac solved a very similar problem, albeit on IHT436 (transfer of RNRB).
