POPLA - Missed deadline (APCOA)

What happens if you miss the 28 day deadline, is there anything we can do or just hold out for 6 months?

Popla codes last for 33 days, not 28 days,  so get the appeal uploaded if its not exceeded the 33 days deadline 

Regardless of the popla stage,  hold out anyway

Depends on whether it is a fake APCOA Penalty Notice (PN) or a lawful Parking Charge Notice (PCN) whether you want to rely on the 6 months statute of limitation.

Either way, even if you do nothing and ignore everything that comes your way, APCOA will not litigate.
