Popla codes last for 33 days, not 28 days, so get the appeal uploaded if its not exceeded the 33 days deadline
Regardless of the popla stage, hold out anyway2 -
Depends on whether it is a fake APCOA Penalty Notice (PN) or a lawful Parking Charge Notice (PCN) whether you want to rely on the 6 months statute of limitation.
Either way, even if you do nothing and ignore everything that comes your way, APCOA will not litigate.3
