No appeal is ever worth trying with any IPC firm right now. Just ignore Ocean but tell them and the debt crawlers if you move house.

Come back if you get a court claim.

    That is all.

Nobody cares about the 14 days. Including you! It's not relevant because you won't be paying.  But please log in online and show us the close up of the sign that the ticketer will have uploaded.

These never go to court, so I'd be inclined
    to just ignore.
I cant say i agree with the first part of this statement
Metrolink ones don't as there are some issues with a lot of the land still belonging to the railway network. Ocean may make claims on other land they manage.

It sounds from what everyone is saying that I might as well just pay the £60 early settlement fee?

    Nobody here has mentioned paying

The advice given is in order to educate the person who posted such that they can make an informed decision and to know what any risks may be

You seem to be saying that we are saying that you should pay, yet nobody has said anything about it until you have just done  !  Dont read between the lines in the replies,  but your decision will be either to pay or fight, same as everyone else,  it always is one of those 2, after enlightenment,  so either giving in to dubious scam invoices, or fighting them with the help from interceptors

Errr...show us where ANYONE said that.
    Of course not!

Why do people think they have to pay scam invoices? The advice is clearly: NO.

Welcome to my world. These bandits are trying the exact same strategy with me except I was only about two inches over the line as against your awful six inches or so!  I took it up with TfGM Metrolink my MP and Mr Maaaaaar all to no avail so it looks like I will just have to wait for my day in court!

    Recommendations -

Get down there with a camera and photograph all the accesses and exits of the car park

Check that Ladywell is publicly owned land - My location is TfGM freehold

Check the Ocean parking notices for drafting, font size etc

Check Ocean for KADOE POFA compliance

Remember Ocean are IPC members and use IAS to appeal - not that such a process is of any value with this lot!

Be prepared to kick and spit and if more of us find each other do we consider finding an ASK ANDY night and hving some sport??
