Instagram hacked - Facebook suspended.

 I found out about a month ago that my IG account had been hacked - I noticed that I couldn’t login when a friend asked me to follow their new business.  It turns out that I had been hacked in Dec ‘24 and had dismissed the emails about account changes as phishing attempts.
 I rarely use Instagram, nothing bad had happened, and the Help Centre was less than helpful so I left it.

Fast forward a month and my Facebook account is suspended because of issues with the linked IG account.  I need to login (to IG) to resolve these issues, but I can’t because the password has been changed.  Back to the Help Centre which suggests requesting a new password to recover the account, but the email and phone number linked to the account have also been changed.

 I can’t find anything that allows this to be escalated to real people - any contact procedure in the Help is blank.  Happy to sacrifice my IG, but I’d like my Facebook back.  Anyone been able to resolve a similar issue?
