I parked car on 06 December 2024 in the adjacent office building to the worship place in Edgware where other worshipers were parking also freely. On inquiring from other worshipers none has received any PCN other then me.
*On 22/4/2025 ZZPS sent me a letter with heading of Action Required: Outstanding Balance £170.
*On 24/04/2025 another letter received from "bwlegal" with heading "Final Demand" stating Very Important: this is a serious matter and should not be ignored.
The balance of £170 can be paid by way of a pre-approved monthly instalment of £57.50. If you wish to accept the offer to pay by instalments, you must do so by 29th May 2025.
In the event that you fail to contact us before 29/05/2025, you will then be sent a formal letter of claim, which may procced to a county court claim being issued if the balance remains unpaid.
*On 06 May 2025 ZZPS sent me a letter with heading of Action Required: Outstanding Balance due £170. Don't ignore this letter.
What will happen next? If this balance is not paid within fourteen days of the date of this letter, the matter will progress to GCTT Certified Enforcement Agents who will contact you without delay.
Important: This is your final opportunity to clear the account there is action is an escalation in recovery action.
*On 19 May 2025, GCTT sent a letter with heading "Warning Notice of Transfer to Solicitors". The above case has been transferred to GCCT Certified Enforcement Agents as the balance £170 remains unpaid.
You have received this letter as AZURE PARKING LTD is intending to pursue this matter through the courts, however, they would like to offer you an opportunity to settle the balance before this happens and avoid the need for costly legal action which may result in you receiving a County Court Judgement against you and affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.
*Failure to comply with this notice within fourteen days from the date of this letter will mean that this matter will be subject to further action.
What is your valued advice in this matter? Please

Look out for BW Legal Letter Of Claim giving 30 day notice or a Claim form from court admin centre.
Go to NEWBIES 1 of 7 Announcement threads situated above threads list on page 1.
Study 2nd post Small Claim.
Your credit rating won't be affected if you follow advice here and adhere to stated timeframes.

Ignore ZZPS and GCTT, and any other similar powerless debt collectors
Azure Parking may employ B W Legal to issue the 30 days notice Letter of Claim, or the court claim, or both , either of which you must deal with
Did the B W Legal letter give you 7 days ? , or 14 days ? , or possibly 30 days ? To respond ?
In future, do not park on private property just because it's convenient, otherwise you will attract many more pcns
You can park on an unrestricted public street or road, council car parks, private pay to park car parks, or where you have the landowners permission2 -
Final demand letters from BW legal can be ignored3
