Read the section, it mentions adding genuine, compelling dispute reasonsMichael1986 said:So for confirmation I just send that I don’t need to add why I’m disputing or anything? And send it by email
If there are none, send it as is ! No additions1 -

7 days notice IGNORE THEM, ( Smart parking via DCB Legal ) , for now !!1

DCB Legal will bring a claim. You will defend it. DCB Legal will then discontinue near to the hearing stage or after mediation, just like they do with all Smart cases we see here.
It's a numbers game to them they issue thousands of moneyclaims every month and collect £££ from those that panic and pay or CCJs for the ones that ignore that they can pass back to DCB Limited for enforcement.
For them a defended claim is more work making it "too hard" to collect so they discontinue.
Some parking companies like Excel or CUPS make them go all the way, but Smart do not.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

So in summary do I need to respond to this, I was thinking of simply demanding they send a copy of all correspondence to this email address as I’ve already mentioned to them the delay tactics there using sending letters. Just make them more aware I’m going to fight the case, long shot but may put them off even starting the proceedings.0

Study my previous reply aboveMichael1986 said:So in summary do I need to respond to this,2 -
So in summary do I need to respond to this@Gr1pr has given you longstanding forum advice on that. Nothing has changed. Then @kryten3000 tells you in his posting what will happen thereafter. You're on a conveyor belt claims procedure and will need to ride the wave, you won't 'put them off' at this stage.Follow the process and this will end in discontinuance ... ultimately. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
