So for confirmation I just send that I don’t need to add why I’m disputing or anything? And send it by email
Read the section,  it mentions adding genuine, compelling dispute reasons

If there are none, send it as is  !  No additions

So in summary do I need to respond to this, I was thinking of simply demanding they send a copy of all correspondence to this email address as I’ve already mentioned to them the delay tactics there using sending letters. Just make them more aware I’m going to fight the case, long shot but may put them off even starting the proceedings.

@Gr1pr has given you longstanding forum advice on that. Nothing has changed.

Then @kryten3000 tells you in his posting what will happen thereafter. You're on a conveyor belt claims procedure and will need to ride the wave, you won't 'put them off' at this stage.

Follow the process and this will end in discontinuance ... ultimately.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
