DCBL NOTICE OF INTENDED LEGAL ACTION - PARKMAVEN.

Hi all, I previously posted a thread of a final notice of legal action previously but post got deleted as I forgot to hide the QR code. Before it was deleted I was told to not respond to the letters.
However, today I have recieved this letter and I'm getting worried now...
I live in Scotland and this allegation started at the start of the year.
I have been reading forums and looked through the newbie forum, where I can't see the right thread but other places said because it's in Scotland, it's not enforceable. I just want someone who is knowledgeable with these things if I have to do anything now? Do I pay it or leave it?
Technically they don't even know that I got the letters because there's no tracked post on the envelope so I maybe never received the letters before 🤷🏻♀️
I have attached a picture of the letter I received. I feel that emoji is very fitting to cover the QR code 😅
Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

Debt collection letter that can be ignored anywhere in the UK. There is no keeper liability in Scotland (at the moment, but likely to change - though not retrospectively - later this year/early next). Only the driver could be liable, but they don't know who that is.
There is no prospect of this proceeding any further. Don't connect with them.
The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post, will be helpful reading for you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

website "advicescotland.com/parking-charge-notice-private-firms/" has detailed explanation and what you can do. Note they can only make 'reasonable charges' and must clearly display the T&Cs of parking (it is a civil contract and fines are not permitted)1

You've got another 2 to go.
In England you'd then get your DCB Legal letter.1 -

Ignore as you're in Scotland. We don't need to go into detail because this is all over the forum already.
Search the forum for:
