High Court- BW Legal Harassment Case (Jackson Yamba)

The below is from Jackson Yamba's LinkedIn page- copied verbatim
High Court Grants Permission against a strike out of my harassment claim.
High Court Grants Permission against a strike out of my harassment claim.
I am pleased to share that the High Court has granted me permission to appeal the decision to strike out my claim for harassment.
During my submissions, I highlighted multiple instances where BW Legal, my ex-employer made false reports about me to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). These included occasions where they had received written confirmation from the SRA affirming my entitlement to conduct litigation yet continued to repeat the same unfounded allegations in court. In fact, they even suggested they might reconsider their position if they had seen such a letter from the SRA, despite already being in possession of it.
This raises serious concerns, not just for my case, but for the integrity of legal practice more broadly. The legal community must be vigilant against actions driven by personal vendettas rather than professional standards. We can and should compete vigorously, but always with fairness and without malice.
I will be sharing my full story very soon once the full judgement becomes available.

Interesting, but... Eek. He's not covered himself in glory, there.
Part of his appeal disallowed because it wasn't lodged in time and in relation to the element that was allowed, recording that the particulars were so poorly drafted he's been ordered to start again.3 -
I read it as he just needs to tighten things up. Presumably he started with a broad brush approach, which makes sense. And surely being granted another opportunity to take on board the judge's comments are a good thing.1

Maybe the claim was a bit scattergun! The High Court has helped him focus it so now he gets another go. All good.
BW Legal are the gift that keeps on giving. After failing to gag Trustpilot (BW tried & failed to sue them for defamation) BW have now resorted to this little snipe that nobody except people like us, read:
"Written by the companyBW Legal is a firm of solicitors which acts upon the instruction of its clients. This page was not created by BW Legal, nor did BW Legal give consent for the creation of the page. The content published on this page has not been moderated and is from unverified sources.
