EBAY's New Payments System - Holding our momey...

Is there a way to opt out of this new strangulation by ebay?
It used to be that once you sold your item and the buyer paid you had access to your money right away. Now it seems they hold your money for more than a week and up to 9 days... This absolutely sucks.. Is there a way to get your money right away?
I can only imagine they are holding it in a bank making interest on it..
Now it feels like you don't make any money, as sales just dribble in, you never really see it, it's a horrible experience. If I sell something, I want my money right away, not being held ransom by a large corporation. This just feels like a power play and enbay telling you that they own you!

The quickest way to get the money is send using a tracked service and make sure the tracking number is added into ebay.
Then funds are released 2 days after the tracking shows delivery.
The way around it is to sell somewhere else with different rules.2 -
Ps, it's only the first couple of weeks when it doesn't feel like you earn anything. After that the money starts coming in at the normal rate!1

I think this may be reversed shortly, as vinted and other sites continue to get traction vs ebay.1

On your transaction delivered it should say on the selling page when the funds are in your account. I don’t know if I imagined it as obviously I’m not checking my balance minute by minute but I thought I saw one of my transactions wasn’t cleared until the time it was delivered I.e it was 48 hours to the minute0 -
