Unfair PCN?

Hopefully someone can offer some advise, i parked at a local Tesco on a small retail park. It has free parking but sadly i didn't look at the sign to see it is only for 50 mins.
I stayed 1 hour 1 min (twice 2 tickets)
Anyway im a blue badge holder and parked in the correct bay showing my badge.
Im aware blue badge and private land rulea are different but should the sign say or something like "blue badge holders are not exempt from conditions or restrictions " as it doesn't state anything or anything like that.

I suppose that it could be argued in that manner, in civil court before a judge
Ukppo are not going to cancel the PCN, because they issued it for being on site for too long, not for any BB issues
The BB has no power on private property, it's merely an indicator of a disability, but its the Equality Act 2010 that requires reasonable adjustment, such as more time than for an able bodied person for example, so that aspect could be in your favour
Plan A is always the best option, so a complaint about it to Tesco citing the Equality Act 2010, reasonable adjustment etc , getting them to tell ukppo to cancel the PCN ASAP
So yes it may be unfair, as are millions each year, but being unfair doesn't change the facts involved
Complain, plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements0 -
Did you shop at Tescos?Arguably shopping at the store overrides the previous contract because they are subsequently inviting to treat and there is intention and meeting of minds to form a new contract. One where you buy as many products as you can in order to make us a profit. There is no legitimate interest. What's the difference between this and you trolley locking up after 50 minutes and it spewing out a £100 bill because you were taking too long?1

Complain to whoever runs the little retail park. This is a breach of the Equality Act 2010.
You are legally entitled to more time than the fixed free parking limit offered to all-comers.
DO NOT PAY THIS.
IGNORE THE DEBT DEMANDS.
UKPPO aren't litigious but if you ever (in 6 years) move house, you must tell them because you need to open all letters.
Don't be spooked by threats of court. Do not pay this. It's not a fine and it's not a bill.
Get the retail park property agents to cancel the unfair crap.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for the advice, ive appealed the 2nd ticket under grounds of equality and discrimination.
Please advise what usually happens next?
Debt recovery, are that high court bailiff able to take goods?
When is ever does it go to court?
Thanks slightly scared with the next staps.0 -
A bit of reading will stop you feeling scared.
You'll receive many letters from Debt recovery. Ignore them. They can't take goods all they can do is try to scare you to part with your cash. Read NEWBIES thread 1 of 7 Announcements above the list of threads.

Do NOT pay these and DO NOT let any helpful relative pay the scam for you.
We didn't tell you to appeal to UKPPO.
That's pointless. They'll turn the appeal down like a robot then they'll suggest you use the IAS, which is even less impartial - doesn't consider the Equality Act - and isn't worth trying.
Nobody said to try appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
