I contacted the court this morning and they confirmed they received my letter and no payment from parking company

though I have missed some work and paid for a couple postage stamps I dont think I will try to file costs1 -
Email DCB Legal and say you have spoken to the court and know they didn't pay the hearing fee. So, if they don't send you the NoD by 8th (the witness statement deadline) you will file for wasted costs.
