IHT400 - P4 Confusion

I'm checking and re-checking my answers to IHT400 and would be very grateful if someone could confirm I'm overthinking the questions on P4 Items referred to in the will but not included in the estate.
In my case, although there is a will, it doesn't contain references to any specific items. Can I safely leave P4 blank?
(I appreciate I'm being dumb here, but I'm trying to avoid the application being stopped because I haven't filled in the form correctly.)

Well, not completely blank. Answer Yes to box 27 and pass over box 28 as indicated.
I do see your point though. You're agreeing to include all of nothing.

@probate_slave Many thanks (once again) for your help and patience.(Unfortunately, pedantry is my strong suite; it's a real pain.)0
