Vinted Stolen Parcel

I sold some expensive trainers on Vinted. The seller never received them,, we got a message saying delivery taking longer than expected and to wait a month, before raising as lost.  it then updated to being returned, i was told to wait for the parcel by Vinted, it then said delivered, Yodel said contact Vinted, Vinted said wait another rmonth for them to check with Yodel.
2 weeks passed and they have sent a message saying i took to long and they cant chase it up, even though they were the ones saying wait. They are not responding to any help messages or emails and just said its final. I have CCTV which shows no parcel was delivered. What can i do please

You sent a pair or trainers via Yodel and the buyer never received them?  You need raise a claim with Yodel for the lost parcel.  If the parcel was infact delivered then Yodel need to provide proof.  If they cannot provide proof then they should compensate you  in line with the insurance you purchased

Delivered where? Is there a photo of where it was delivered? What is the situation with the funds? Has the buyer been refunded and have you received the funds,? If vinted works like ebay simple delivery vinted should be the ones claiming on postal compensation. Has the buyer reported the parcel as not delivered?

Hi the parcel never got delivered to the seller, he asked where it was, i got a message saying delivery is taking longer than expected,.Then it was marked as being returned on Yodel, Vinted and Yodel said wait a month before we can mark it as lost. 2 weeks later it says delivered to sender which is me. 
When i ask Yodel they cant help as they said only the sender can chase it up, as its now a return the sender is Yodel! Vinted after about 15 auto replies trying to fob me off, said they will track it, and give them another 30 days. 

I contacted Yodel who said as its through Vinted i can only go through them, today 2 weeks later Vinted siad its been too long and they cant chase a parcel after a month, even though they told me to wait, They are not answering and closed it saying final decision. Ive tried, emailing them, social media which yodel and Vinted both havent used in years. The seller has received a refund but ive lost out. 
Theres no photo proof of it being delivered, theres only 8 houses on my road its a cul de sac, i have cctv which shows nobody even came onto the road let alone deliver a parcel,

Unfortunately not as it’s Vinted that has the contract as they bought and supplied the label not the seller.
