It takes as long as it takes, but usually it can be a couple of months, it's no biggie, just check your MCOL claim history weekly, there is no rushing these things, claims can take up to a year3

Still havent received the DQ... the case stay has been lifted twice now, does this case have an expiry period or can they keep prolonging the case?0

The CNBC might get it sorted eventually, but its costing you nothing to wait, and nothing will change until everyone is back at work and catching up, especially the solicitors and the CNBC
You could phone them up next week and ask, but there are better ways of spending time, so pointless
Meanwhile, focus on the holidays and New Year, not the CNBC problems1 -
