Quick update. Final letter arrived from Haringey threatening prosecution, 'as we had failed to resolve the issue'.
We replied with a scathing Email listing all the times we had tried to make contact without success, cc'ing the Head of Dep't.
The case was dropped.

Again threat of prosecution is in the hope most will buckle, if they were going to they’d get on with it rather than keep saying they will.
