DCBL - UKPC - disabled bay in a shopping centre

Hi all
I received a windscreen "PCN" for parking in a disabled bay in a shopping centre car park, without displaying a blue badge. The parking session was paid for.
Went through the motions and ultimately now have DCBL pursuing. Date of 07/05/25. AOS has been filed.
I do not have a blue badge. But I do have a legitimate reason to have used a bay designated for disability.
I am using the template defence, with this as the Para 3.1:
---
The Defendant recently underwent major spine surgery, has a limitation of mobility, and at present requires a vehicle to travel to any location away from their home. The Claimant will no doubt be aware that a blue badge is not the only indicator of disability and that The Equality Act 2010 requires service providers to make reasonable adjustments for anyone with protected characteristics as defined by the Act. A lack of a blue badge is no indicator of not having a disability or of lack of legal right to a reasonable adjustment. The entire basis upon which this claim is based is flawed.
---
Feedback is most welcome.
Thank you.

Yes that's fine. They'll discontinue by Christmas anyway. No hearing.
Show us the POC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
