UKPC Parking Ticket - Stevenage Leisure Park

Hi All,

I recently received a windscreen ticket for parking over a white line in an end parking bay causing no blockages or restricting of parking for other cars using the car park. At the time I received a ticket on the windscreen (20/03/2025) and then subsequently received the final reminder in the post (09/05/2025).

I then followed the guide here by contacting the Restaurant that I parked outside (and visited for dinner - Nando's), which were no help at all and did not want to help.

Next, I followed the guide here and submitted and appeal to UKPC via their online portal.
Monday this week (02/06/25) I the below response requesting driver details:

Any advice on next steps would be most appreciated

Thanks

Ignore that and await the POPLA Code.

Bet you didn't receive the NTK on 9th May? Show us that letter, both sides. All dates shown.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks, will do.

Here is the first Letter I received, it say "re: notice to Keeper" does that officially make it a NTK?
Sorry I didn't add this first letter in my first post!

    This is the final reminder:

    Thanks

The first letter is a POFA-compliant NTK issued under para 8 of schedule 4.

Await the POPLA Code and if you can, go to the site urgently this week and get photos of:

    - the entrance as an approaching driver would see it, probably no obvious warning?

    - the P entrance sign; is it prominent?

    - the t&cs sign as a close up.

    Thanks for the reply.
I havent a chance to yet but will get down there soon to get those pics!

Another question though pls: The picture of the car on the NTK does not show the white lines that is given as reason for the ticket. Is is worth doing a subject access request as this point to get any pictures they have?
My thinking is that if the photo evidence doesn't even show an infringement then they have no evidence other that the word of the traffic warden?
