Incomplete Notice of Discontinuance

Hi all. Thanks to advice from the forum, my friend fought a claim from DCB, and today received an email stating the claim would be discontinued, receiving (supposedly) N279. However, the form itself is blank - no claim ref, no boxes ticked, no signature. I'm guessing DCB are overwhelmed with the amount of N279 forms? 
Has anyone seen this before? And if so, what should they do (if anything)?

Email DCB Legal and ask them to send a completed N279 (copy them the blank one as an attachment to the email). Then let's see a redacted copy of the completed one and I'll count your friend in the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread of shame!booter said:Hi all.
