I purchased my house in August 2022 using Alexander Grace Law Ltd. I found out last week that, even though I paid for them to register the change of ownership with the Land Registry, they did NOT. They went out of business in 2023. What do I do now???

Start by asking the Law Society what happened to the firm's paperwork. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1

Argh. So, looks like asking the Council what happened? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Stephenson's will have taken over all the files from AGL. It looks as though they will have done an initial sift of those files and contacted those people whose files still had outstanding matters. But it's nearly 2 years since the intervention, and I would probably have expected contact to have been made with the OP by now if Stephenson's had the file and it showed the outstanding registration.
OP, I'd probably send an initial email to Stephenson's, explaining the issue and providing any AGL file references you may have from old paperwork as well as the address of the property concerned. Ask them if they have reviewed that file yet and, if so, what their conclusion on it was. If, for example, the file is in storage, it may take a short while to retrieve it, so they may not be able to provide anything other than an acknowledgement initially.
If they say they did not receive the file, then I'd approach the Council of LC to ask what happens next.1
