Thanks for that, built up the courage to phone (i'm a scaredy cat) and I got Holly too (nice lady) who just says she is Holly from Passtheparcel (cuz I was worried I would have to explain what I was on about lol) and she just asked for my name and found me on the sytem and already knew what i'd won without me having to spell my second name or give email address lol. Says the stuff is being packed up this week and should be with me for next week

I had to call yesterday as had not recieved my scarf and they said had not got retrun mail but she has addy now:Dvery helpful
