Tabeo Loan - Invisalign

Options
Hi All,

A few months ago I started Invisalign treatment however treatment has not progressed as expected and I’ve already had to have 2 re scans as the aligners have not fitted properly both times.

It’s a 2 year loan paying £170 per month but I now wish I had gone with traditional braces. Is there anyway I am able to withdraw from the agreement do you know?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Andrew

I presume there are two contracts in place - one for the treatment plan, the other for the finance?  You'll need to read your treatment plan contract to see how you can withdraw and what the consequences would be.  That will then determine what happens with the finance agreement.

Invisalign is a manufacturer of their own brand of aligners. They supply them to dentists on a B2B basis. You have no contract with them.

Tabeo Tech is a software company. They sell financial products to small businesses, including dentists, to help them manage the financial side of their business. A typical package will deal with payroll, tax, suppliers' invoices and customer payments.

I think your issues are not with either of these companies but are with your dentist. Your dentist has prepared a treatment plan which involves products from Invisalign and is in the process of delivering it. The cost of your course of treatment has been paid upfront by a loan from Tabeo which you have agreed to pay for in installments.

    Is that correct?

If you wish to make changes to your treatment you should discuss that with your dentist, who will explain the pros and cons of making those changes. It's not something we can help with on this forum.
There might be changes to the cost of your treatment plan as a result of any changes. For example, changing to traditional braces at this point in the course might incur additional costs. Again, your dentist should be able to arrange this. The loan contract you have should explain how changes can be made and will be charged.
