Council Tax Reduction - Waited Almost One Month and No Response

Any one stop drop in center for the council? Often located in Libraries.
Can also be known as community hubs 👍

Our council has 26 around the city.

@Sunflowergal1975. That is bang out of order waiting that long. I am afraid they would appear to be “a law unto themselves.”

@born_again. I have searched for council drop in centres, apparently there are no council run facilities like this in my city. Only ones run by third parties, and I doubt they can make the council respond.

@GrumpyDil. I have actually managed to find a council tax phone number for them. Here’s hoping they actually answer the phone (will try.)

Update. I managed to actually get through to them, via their online chat line as opposed to the phone. I told them, that they are taking almost 25% of my income, and I have waited a month.

They looked into my case, and said nobody has looked at my application yet, but they will push my June council tax payment to July, in the hope they will get back to me by then.
