Late Statement Refused/Statement Not Granted
and i didn't receive any letter and now belief turned up at my door step demanding £590 how can i stop this any help please this all started back in 22 April 2024 at 19:23 when i was outside the country and parking people moved my car and went through ulez i wasn't aware of it clearly in the image i was not the driver any help guys much apricated

Presumably this is from a TfL ULEZ charge ?
In which case post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website after reading their posting requirements first
Mse parking forum tend to deal with private parking company invoices, not council etc0
