January 2026 and still an issue with the hash key. Now awaiting a letter in the post. Groan. I tried switching off wifi on the iphone and then I was denied access. I see using Chrome can help, using a landline and/or delete all your cache - oh great! How annoying is that. Seriously flawed in my opinion.0

Last month someone posted on this in another thread. They said turning off wifi, using mobile data and making sure the incoming call from NS&I was full screen on their smartphone worked for them.Pass_The_Parcel2 said:January 2026 and still an issue with the hash key.
