1. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Freixenet Copestick Limited), their immediate family members or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Purchase is not required. Internet access and email account are required.
3. Maximum one entry per person, per week. Maximum one prize per person.
4. Promotion Period: Participate between 00:01 on 2 June 2025 and 23:59 on 1 December 2025.
5. To participate: Scan QR code or access entry form at www.winwithfreixenet.co.uk. Successfully pass the age gate. Complete the entry form with your name and email address. All entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the prize draw.
6. Prizes: There are 50 Prizes, as follows:
   1. One Main Prize: £5,000 to be spent at a luxury high-end jeweller of winner’s choice. Winner and Promoter will agree on pieces (value of which does not exceed £5,000) and Promoter will purchase for winner. Main Prize also includes a case of Freixenet wine (6 bottles);
   2. 49 x Secondary Prizes:
      1. 5 x £1,000 voucher to spend at a luxury high-end jeweller. Must be used within 12 months, can be used online or instore. Full terms available here. Each Second also includes a case of Freixenet wine (6 bottles).
      2. 22 x £200 voucher to spend at a luxury high-end jeweller. Must be used within 12 months, can be used online or instore. Full terms available here;
      3. 10 x cases of Freixenet Prosecco (6 bottles);
      4. 10 x cases of Freixenet Italian Sparkling Rose (6 bottles);
      5. 2 x Spa day for two. Winner and guest must be over the age of 18. Voucher valid at a range of spas and must be booked through Promoter’s agent. Includes full day of access to pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (as applicable to your chosen spa), £50 lunch and one treatment per person (inclusive spa treatment range will vary depending on spa facility). Prizes to be booked and taken within 1 year. Winner and guest must be minimum 18 years old at time of trip. Transport is not included.

7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
8. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
9. Winner Selection: All valid entries received before the end of the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted by or under the supervision of an independent body within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. 50 winners and 30 reserves will be selected at this time.
10. Winner notification: The provisional winners will be notified within 5 working days of the winner selection by email to the email address associated with the winning entry. Winners must respond to the initial communication within 10 working days confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility (residency, proof of age). Where the prize includes a physical item the winner will also be asked to provide a delivery address within the United Kingdom within this timeframe. If a winner does not comply with this timeframe they will be disqualified and a reserve winner will be contacted.
11. Unclaimed Prize: If, despite the best efforts of the Promoter, a prize remains unclaimed after offering to at least two reserve winners, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate the prize but may withdraw it from the promotion and use it as it sees fit.

13. Further Prize details:
    1. Jewellery to the value of £5,000:
       1. The winner and the Promoter will agree on diamond jewellery to the relevant value;
       2. Any unused portion of the prize amount is not paid to the winner but reverts to the Promoter;
       3. Promoter will purchase the jewellery and arrange for delivery to the winner within 28 days of winner’s confirmation on jewellery.
    2. Spa days:
       1. Winner and guest must be over 18 years of age at time of travel;
       2. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
       3. If a booking is cancelled no alternative prize will be issued;
       4. Once the prize has been booked, neither the Promoter, nor the prize agency nor any provider of any element of the prize shall be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies; and
       5. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.
    3. All prizes:
       1. Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
       2. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation or alternatives will be provided; and
       3. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services and prizes are subject to the prize supplier’s terms and conditions.
14. Prize delivery: All voucher prizes will be delivered by email within 28 days of winner confirmation. All physical prizes will be delivered by post or courier within 28 days of winner verification.
15. Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion, namely your email address, will be held by the Promoter under the terms of its privacy policy, available at https://freixenet.com/uk/privacy-policy/ and https://freixenet.com/uk/cookie-policy/. Your personal data will be used by the Promoter and its agents acting on their behalf only for the operation of this promotion. The Promoter is bound by the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR, and all applicable laws. Your personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be deleted. Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt in to receive our marketing communications. 16. The surname and county of residence of the winners of the Main Prize and Secondary Prizes which include a jewellery voucher, will be available by sending an email to hello@winwithfreixenet.co.uk with “Freixenet UK Own The Diamond winners” in the subject header to arrive between 15 February and 31 May 2026. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting hello@winwithfreixenet.co.uk. In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.
17. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
18. The Promoters reserve the right to verify any entrant, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
19. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
20. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any problems associated with internet or communication networks due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
21. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to modify or suspend any relevant element of the Promotion as it deems necessary with no liability to entrants or third parties. In these circumstances the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
22. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of: (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
23. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
25. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
