APCOA Parking fine

all your comments are really appreciated 

I have two APCOA airport tickets issued to me, one form Luton airport and Stanstead airport . 

I am not the registered Keeper but rather i rent the car, how would i reply to  these tickets?

I have just received a parking charge from Apcoa, I was at a concert at the TECA Aberdeen and was sure I had paid for parking at the time, remember going onto my phone as we were waiting to get out of the car park, but not sure if it has went through as can't see the charge on my credit card .

Is there anything I can do to appeal? Says date of issue is 23/01/26 and I'd be able to pay £60 if paid within 14 days, but only received the letter today. Otherwise it's £100
