Not trying to patronise you, you have been declined a mortgage because you have bad credit, have missed payments and have a small deposit. Those are all critical parts regarding the affordability checks lenders are bound by law to adhere to. Appealing would be a waste of your time. Focus on strengthening your credit, dont miss payments and save more for a bigger deposit.Missrcj said:
