separation agreement - scotland

After over 30years married my wife has decided she wants to go her own way. She has informed me that she is going for a 'separation agreement scotland as we own a few properties.

I've been informed by a co- friend  that she has cleared out her isa savings before getting agreement, which we've both saved for a few years , around 50k.

My question is will the separation agreement go from when she applied for it (minus the isa savings)
Or
Will they see that the money has been withdrawn in last few weeks???
 Appreciate any help.

A separation agreement is a legally binding agreement made by the parties concerned. So it is what you and your wife agree on.
