    Hello, me again! Jeez this is a long process…

    So I've just got a court date. I understand this this a normal part of the process and still most likely to be discontinued. Looks like the gooners at DCBL haven't even completed their court application properly. Discontinuance expected 11th June!

    No it doesn't mean that. There is no application, that's just standard blurb.

    So they have to pay the hearing fee by 10 June, which they won't. Discontinuance will be the week before that deadline.

    But what's your WS deadline on the second page (please don't show us). Read the second page.
