PCN

Hi just got this pcn from CUP I was not in the country and left my cab in a garage for respray obviously garage mechanic has used it and got a ticket. I'm having problems finding the driver what can I do to appeal this ticket without drivers name I do have proof that I was not in the country.

    Have you told the garage about this?

    Anyway, you can appeal as the keeper saying you don't know who the driver was.

    I would actually prove that the keeper was the garage and give their company name & address.

    Attach proof of your flights and the garage booking and state that the 'keeper' that week was the garage, in accordance with the POFA definition, and this evidence proves it. CUP must take the matter up with the keeper (garage) or driver, who is unknown to you.

    A whitelist is a list of cars (via a list of registration numbers) that are exempt from the parking conditions and therefore not subject to parking charges.
