Opus Energy
Hi, opus has sold my account to Positive Energy, i am still on a fixed rate until Dec 25, PE are telling me my rate will now increase by 20p per unit..., can they do this while I'm still in contract ?
I have tried talking to them but they just keep talking over me and telling me i must take new rate
