I have received a small claims form from Smart Parking. I have previously written to them but now I have this.
I paid for parking but over stayed by 15 mins. I feel the amount they want £300 is unjustified. Please can anyone offer advice as to what I should respond to this letter. Also I take it its too late to appeal via popla.
